Wilford R. Miller, now retired, practiced in estate planning and probate. He joined the firm as partner in 1959. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Miller was associated with Mario Corsi and served as Tuscarawas County Prosecuting Attorney from 1957 to 1959.

Mr. Miller's practice included all aspects of estate planning and probate, including the preparation of wills, creation of trusts, and advising clients in estate matters.

Mr. Miller graduated from Fenn College in 1951 with a Bachelor degree. He received his Bachelor of Law degree from Western Reserve University in 1953. Mr. Miller was a member of the Tuscarawas County Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association (Member of Legal Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee, 1955-1959; Insurance Law Committee, 1959-1962; Negligence Law Committee, 1963-1966).
