HARRY C.E. TOLHURST, III practices in business law, estate planning, probate, general civil litigation and appeals. He joined the firm as an associate in 2004.
Prior to joining the firm, Harry served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable David T. Evans of the Fourth District Court of Appeals, in Gallipolis, Ohio, from 2001 to 2004. He attended Malone College in Canton, Ohio, before transferring to Southeastern College in Lakeland, Florida, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Business Administration. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2000. He is admitted to practice law in Ohio and is a member of the Ohio State and Tuscarawas County Bar Associations.
A native of Cleveland and the child of missionaries, Harry spent most of his childhood in Central America and Mexico. Harry and his wife, Melinda, and their five children reside in Dover.
